Hi! I’m Maddy

I’m Maddy Bourlakas, a 16 year old Sophomore student athlete. I currently attend Thornton High School where I am the Girls Varsity Volleyball team starting Libero. In addition to high school volleyball, I am also a member of the Girls Varsity Golf and Track team and lettered in all three sports my Freshman year while also earning an Academic letter.

Outside of school, I’m entering my third year of competitive club volleyball and am a member of the Lady Outlaws Volleyball Club (LOV) where I play as a libero for the 18u National team. Last year, I was a member of the LOV 15u team and under my coach’s guidance and direction, am excited to play up against what I expect to be strong competition.

My family and I live in Westminster, Colorado and when not I’m not taking part in school or sports, I enjoy watching basketball and college volleyball, playing video games, spending time with friends.

I may not be the tallest player on the court, but few can match my commitment of going after every ball, playing hard for every point, and playing whatever role is asked of me to help my team be successful. This can only be accomplished by holding myself to a high standard while also being open to receiving guidance and feedback.
